BANE, Antonio Malekai

That boy's going to be a heartbreaker, was what Malekai's mother had prophicized when he was barely three, and already charming the little girls in the pack, and it's no surprise that this 'prophecy' came true considering how gorgeous his parents were. Malekai has thick, dark hair that is somewhere between mocha brown and black. It is often styled up with gel to look a bit messy, and can be described as slightly wavy - especially when he lets it grow out, although it's usually kept shorter (long enough to let a woman run her hands through it, but short enough to be quick to style, he proclaims). He's got the olive tone that comes from being of Italian decent, and his eyes are a hypnotic hazel that flash to a more yellow color when his wolf is surfacing. He stands roughly six feet and two inches tall, and his built large and powerful, with muscles rippling over his body in an attractive way (neither too much, nor too little), and more than one woman has swooned over his sculpted chest, with a delectable eight pack, and a thin line of dark hair that disappears into shorts. His grin is slightly crooked, one side often lifting a little higher than the other, as well. 

When it comes to his more fashion-able side (a side made possible by Kitten), he is often seen with at least two necklaces around his neck (one is always a cross pendant on a simple chain). His left ear is also pierced (he would like it noted that it is his left, not his right, thus not the 'gay' piercing; although he's not a homophobe. He just wants the ladies alerting he is very much straight). He's often seen in jeans (a dark color), tank tops or short sleeved shirts, and a jacket of some sort. And anyone who looks at his attire knows he doesn't wear knock offs either. Everything is very much brand name.

It's not uncommon to see this male in his wolf form (a form he wears like second skin, as it's his preferred form). He's a thick, and powerfully built wolf with an obvious look that mirrors the Eurasian Wolf. His pelt is a striking dark cocoa color, with a darker mocha saddle, and a near black dorsal that runs from this ears, down to the tip of his tail. The same color also wraps around his muzzle and eyes in a 'mask' of sorts. His paws (the left front being his entire paw, as well as the back being the entire paws, and his front right being only his toes), as well as the tip of his tail are white, and his chest has a faint tint of a soft cinnamon color. His eyes keep his hazel coloring, although they have a touch more yellow to them, and both the pads of his paws, his nails, and his nose are a dark brown color. He stands roughly at three feet, at his shoulder, and is built to be sleek, but powerful.

Heartbreaker, but so charismatic is one way to describe this male. While he might not look it, Malekai is very commitment shy. Not because he's afraid of commitment, but that a female won't be willing to commit to the life of power he will be growing into. Being the son of a beta means that he will grow to either take over his father's position (or if his alpha has no male offspring, take over his alpha's position) once it is time. Having such a heavy mantle to bear on his shoulders, he fears no woman would be willing to join him in his pack life, unless she be a power hungry minx who is only after the power, not his heart. As such while he's charismatic, flirtation, and fun to be around, he keeps women at an emotional distance (except for his close female friends, the sisters of his buddies, and his own baby sister), and is more likely to do flings, one night stands, and the likes rather than try to venture into a real relationship.

Drawing flies with honey is one of Malekai's favorite sayings, as he knows you can catch more flies with honey then with vinegar. He uses this saying in his every day life, being kind to everyone, even those he really can't stand knowing that in the long run it will help create powerful allies when they are needed, and is also the respectable thing to do. He's naturally kind, as well, and is the type who would rather pay thousands of dollars to save a mere animal, then let it die alone. One might say he even has a bleeding heart.

Respectful, and considerate are two important parts of Malekai's character. Since he was little he's been groomed to be a member of high society, and has been taught to be respectful to everyone (even those who don't deserve, or have not earned his respect). He's a vey considerate individual as well, and is the type to go out of his way to take care of others - even if they don't want his help (like his little sister, Kitten). He's a very calm individual too, having been groomed to be in full control of himself, and always be the gentleman. Do to this fact he's not very active, or energetic, and not nearly as playful as one would expect a pack member to be. He's often seen as serious and strict (but don't let this fool you. The boy has a humorous side to him when he lets his guards down), but in reality he's merely a calmer, and more collected individual.

Like a wolf, protectiveness is a strong characteristic in Malekai, and the thing he's most protective about is his little sister, Kitten, who he will do anything for. Beyond that his loyalties are hard to win, and so far are only reserved for his pack, his family, and his friends. But once you do have his loyalty, he can often be described as overprotective, and watchful (though never overbearing. He knows when to back off and let you learn from your own mistakes).

Loyalty is ingrained in a wolf, especially a pack wolf, and especially a pack wolf meant to one day either rule the pack, or be second in command. He has a deep seeded loyalty to his pack that so far has been able to withstand anything thrown at it, and Malekai would defend any pack member in his pack - even to the death if necessary. And one thing about this boy, he doesn't go down with out one hell of a fight.

Malekai is the only son, and only true offspring to the Beta (and Beta-ess) of the South Ridge 'Wolf Pack, and do to this pack, since he was a toddler he has been raised, and groomed to be a polite young man, a true gentleman that embodies the understanding of what it means to be a member of the pack, and a member of the pack that was meant to one day hold a high rank in it as well. Since he was little he's been sent to meetings with his father, and nothing about the going ons of the pack were kept from him. However, from the time he was young he had shown a distinct compassion for all life. And it wasn't until he stopped a younger warrior from killing a young witch (who was accidentally intruding on their land) that his compassion was acknowledge with a gift. The young witch, as thanks to the male, had bonded him with his were wolf half, so his wolf side was united with his human. He now has full control over his wolf, and can shift into it upon will (though the full moon still forces a change). 

When he was ten, a young six year old girl was discovered (by him no less) in the woods. Alarmed by the fact the young girl was covered in blood, he'd quickly pulled her onto his back and taken the child home to be tended to by the healers in his pack. It was then that the child's history came out, and the camp site of her family (murdered by a rival pack) was discovered. Malekai had taken to the child, acting as a big brother, and so it was made by the beta and his wife and the child would stay to live with them as their new daughter. From that moment on, Malekai only grew more protective of his new little sister, and grew to love her greatly.

Now at the age of twenty, he and his sister have moved to the nearby town of New Orleans so that his sister can attend Cry Wolf High, and learn more about the supernatural world she's been thrown into (although she is an expert on werewolves).
