Coy stretched, smiling as he looked around his dorm room. It had been a whirlwind of getting used to classes and getting to know his roommate. Lets not kid, he wanted to get to know her much more intimately... No that it was working for him. She was a tough one to really get close to with their god pasts getting in the way. Sighing softly, he got out of his ridiculously large bed and dressed for a day off campus. Running his fingers through his hair, he got it satisfactory in his vivid blue eyes and stepped out into the common area. Cally was not around, though he wasnt sure if she was simply sleeping or if she was out already. He was definitely not one that would greet the sun willingly.
Finding a pen and paper, Coy decided to pen a quick note for her, not that he was fully expecting her to actually agree to meet him. Cally, I missed you this morning. Either I overslept again, or you were taking time to really relax.
If you desire, I would be honored to have you meet me at the Botanical Gardens. I hope to see you, to get a chance to get better acquainted with our current states rather than past ones.
Yours always, Coy "Now to wait and see..." He muttered to himself, not sure if he should hold out hope for her to appear or if he was reading it incorrectly again. Slipping a set of headphones into his ears, he turned on some music that was upbeat and fun to listen to as he ran errands. Or just ran since he seemed to enjoy running just to run. Striding out the door, he jogged through the dorm and out into the morning air.
Something about running cleared his head and he found himself jogging through the city with calm breaths. Slowing, he entered a cafe to grab a couple of croissant sandwiches and salads with a selection of dressings. Getting ready to pay, he requested a pair of bottled waters and an order of freshly made mini-beignets. Taking his assembled lunch, he began to make his way to the gardens.
Once there, Coy found a nice little corner of a meadow, easily found but secluded enough for privacy. There he settled on the thick grass and laid back to gaze at the striking blue skies.

The note was a faint surprise as Cally returned to her dorm after having gone exploring the town. She reread over the words, a faint smile at the thought of seeing the botanical gardens. She brushed her wild hair behind her ear, before smiling and setting the note down, heading into her room to change into a loose skirt and peasant style blouse. Pulling her hair up and tying it in a knot, she made her way towards the gardens, and allowed herself to meander the aisles a bit while keeping an eye out for the man she was meeting.
The flowers were beautiful, rich and alive and in bloom. Hardly a surprise considering the fairy magic that seemed to hum in this place, very powerful fae magic - tinged with elf magic - Caelum then. Cally briefly picked a flower, her own magic causing the plant it came from to spring into life, even as the lone flower was tucked into her hair. Still no sign of Coy among the pathways however - and growing desperate to figure out where he was hiding, the goddess took a step onto the meadows. Instantly flowers bloomed beneath her feet, radiating out from where she stood and she made a slight face before kneeling down and looking at the new flowers, Excuse me, I'm looking for a man. Vibrant blue eyes, dark hair, She spoke gently to the flowers and plants. Instantly the world came alive for her to hear, trees whispering, plants offering to help. The flowers were too busy paying her compliments, of course My lady is so pretty! Your hair is so lovely today! Oh, how lovely that color is on you! But the gossiping trees helped and soon she was on her way.
The trees and bushes kept her going in the right direction before finally spotting the figure lying in the grass. A faint smile touched the former Mother Earth's face before she made her way forward, and stopping a slight distance from him, You look rather comfortable. She mused, to announce her presence, Room for one more? She added, stepping towards him, glancing down at him briefly and then up at the sky, before sitting down in the grass, ignoring the way flowers bloomed around her, the grass seeming to grow taller just to touch her, more alive in her life-giving presence. She fell backward beside her roommate, staring up at the sky he was currently gazing at, noting not a cloud was in sight, Soooooo, why are you watching the sky?
