Many of these homes are out in the outskirts of the town, mingling with farm lands, and the outskirts of the university. Farmers, and ranchers - who want the comfort of the town that feels like home, and is safe for their children, but still enjoy their more rural life style. These individuals often seem to be introverts, from beachy homesteads on the edge of the ocean, to those just hiding among the crop fields.

Westerly Winds Homes

This neighborhood seems to have an eclectic style of homes, bungaloos and cottages, ranch homes and more modern designs. Some homes are well kept, obviously handled with love and care, while others appear to be barely maintained, with over grown lawns. With no kind of HOA to mandate how your home looks, you can really make your home your own. Your comfort is your only consideration.

Sunset Reach Apartments

This apartment community is everything a single person, or small families may be looking for. From studios, single bedrooms all the way up to three bedroom apartments, it can host a wide variety of different individuals. But the amenities is what draws others in - from a dog run, to a gated pool and member clubhouse for the tenants, a small gym and laundry facilities, many enjoy calling it home.

Widescope Hills

This gated community is where many of the wealthier families end up purchasing their homes. Even with a large fence around the community, and a guard at the entrance, the homes themselves are what draw the attention. Large, tons of large windows, immaculate lawns. Of course, all it takes to find out is purchasing one of these very expensive homes.
