HUMAN FORM:
Allexis stands about 5ft 5in. She has gently sun-kissed skin, not tan, but not pale; Her frame is decent. She's not too skinny and not too chubby either. Her muscles are nicely toned, but not overly so. Her wavy hair varies depending on the seasons. In the spring and summer her hair is a bright blonde, while in the fall and winter her hair turns more dark auburn, but her eyes always remain the same pale blue.
When at work she keeps her hair halfway pined up and off duty, her hair flows freely.
When she is at work her doctor's coat is neatly pressed with a shapr white shirt and black slacks.
When she is out of work, she can be caught in anything from tight jeans to a miniskirt, depending on her mood.
She has both ears pierced and usually will wear feather earrings or small studs with various jewels. She has no tattoos.

PHOENIX FORM:
Her phoenix form is quite small, about the size of a hawk. Her wing span is about 4 1/2ft. Her plumage is a few shades of blue, purple and grays. She has long talons, more the size of an eagle's that are a golden color. In her Phoenix form her eyes are silver and her beak is black. Her tail feathers are similar to those of a peacock, very long and beautiful; but the colors are different, instead of green, blues and purples, her tail feathers are black, navy, and royal purple.

Personality:

Alex is a very caring person and very much enjoys helping people in need, which is why she became a doctor. She isn't a very needy person, but she hates being alone and will avoid it at all costs, to the point where some people think she's clingy or an attention mooch.
She really isn't. Alex is also a fairly reserved and quiet person, except when she's at work. She is very friendly and doesn't mind the excessive demand of being one of two doctors in a fairly large city.

WHEN SHE'S ALONE:
When she's alone she's very relaxed and most of the time can be found writing, drawing or catching up on paperwork, sometimes she is caught volunteering at the school. Educating the students on basic medical techniques such as CPR. She does her best to keep herself busy.

WHEN SHE'S AROUND PEOPLE:
How she acts around people depends on the people she's around. If she's clubbing she's very friendly and outgoing. If she's at work she keeps things very professional, but she won't hesitate to try and brighten someone's day, even at the expense of her own.

HOW SHE IS AROUND FAMILY/FRIENDS
Unfortunately, Alex has no family, so her friends act as her extended family. She is very friendly and open with friends, more open then she would be around strangers, and most of her friends know that she is a phoenix, which she would otherwise keep hidden.

History:

Allexis was born in Budapest, Hungary to Shiva and Alexander Cameron. Her parents were living in Hungary to assist with medicine and education. Her father was a doctor and her mother was a teacher. They traveled across the world for many years. Her mother schooling her mostly, since they were never in once place long enough to warrant starting her in school. She learned quickly and their family prospered, constantly finding work, but never staying in one place for vary long.
Her father was the largest reason why they moved around so much. He would travel from place to place, curing various illnesses or diseases in the village or city before moving on.
Being a phoenix, it was easy for him to cure most anything. Finally they moved to Africa and went around, assisting the villages with famine, sickness and disease.
Allexis's parents decided that this is where they were most needed and decided to stay, buying a large piece of land and building a school, hospital and orphanage. They were happy there for nearly ten years.
Allexis had just turned 18 when the warlords came and demanded that her family explain how they were curing all the illnesses and cleansing the water. When her father refused, the warlords attacked, destroying everything and capturing her mother and father.
They discovered what her parents were and returned for her. She fled, but was also captured, they tried to force her to change into her Phoenix form, with no avail, thinking she wasn't a phoenix they released her.
She wandered into a nearby village and found an American doctor who took her under his wing and taught her, since she had such a strong desire to learn about everything.
He paid for her to take the exam and she passed with flying colors. So she went to collage and earned the necessary degree to begin working as a doctor.
That's when she was sent to the Healing Hearts Hospital to work with Dr. Laertes Kalivas.
