Personality:Isaiah Carver stands at 5’10, and weighs in at about 165 pounds of pure muscle. He’s not extremely tall, he’s actually shorter than his twin, but no one can refute that he’s pure muscle. He works out constantly, with long workouts in the morning, followed by a long run to cool down as well as continue his workout. He doesn’t slack, doesn’t eat unhealthily, and really, does everything by the book. His hair is kept short, a couple inches off of his head, often spiked with a bit of gel to keep a nice stylish look to him. His eyes are normally a dark brown, while when in his siren form, his eyes go a deep burgundy color, like a reddish brown except more…bloody.
His hair is a lighter brown color, about the same type of brown as his eyes, only lighter of course. He doesn’t have any piercings, but he does have a tattoo. On the inside of his wrist he has a tribal symbol. Unlike his twin, he’s also right handed. As for his siren form, there’s nothing that is different between the identical twins. The only exception being their builds and their tattoos. For Elijah, his build is a bit bigger and broader, while Isaiah’s is slightly slimmer and a tad shorter.
His siren form is a deep burgundy, intermixing with brighter and darker shades of that hue, and he’s got quite the length on him, as his tail is nearly longer than he himself is, a rather long two thirds of his human height. He has fins along his forearms and his upper thighs, as well as his tail carries multiple scars from numerous occasions, places where scales are missing and haven’t or won’t be growing back.
History:Isaiah is the softer of the two twins, but that doesn’t mean he’s someone to let himself be walked all over. He works out just as much as his brother, but he doesn’t show it quite as much. He does the sports just like his twin, and he participates in just as many of those sports activities as his twin does. The only difference is he is always holding himself back. Ever since he discovered he was gay, he has always been hiding it. From his parents, the rest of his family members, his schoolmates, his teachers, you name it, he had to hide it. The only difference is that his brother knows. Ever since the twins transferred to Cry High, he hasn’t tried to hide the fact, but he hasn’t done much to prove it either.
He’s found that mediocrity works better for keeping from getting into trouble or getting bullied by those homophobes out there. Isaiah, when he isn’t out on the fields or in the workout studio, is often hanging out with his clique of friends. While his brother doesn’t believe in them, he does. The teen knows the truth in strength in numbers, and counts on that to keep him from being bullied any more than he already is. He uses the fact that he’s in the most popular clique in school to keep from being pushed and shoved around in life. He does so despite the fact that his brother is firmly against his part in the group.
Isaiah actually does have a more feminine side, though it’s very well hidden, and only shows itself through select ways. For instance he adores cooking, which, isn’t all that feminine truly, but the fact that he hates getting his clothes dirty because of it, and wears an apron that somewhat solidifies that. For another, he adores matchmaking and such for his friends, as well as he loves going shopping. And while he may never be the one who can be found wearing short shorts and tank tops that are too short, he also doesn’t explicitly show the fact that he does have a fashion sense, it’s more subtle.
Name:The twins grew up in the ocean, as per typical of their species. They didn’t even know they could take human form until many, many years later. But for the time being, they grew up amongst many of their kind, in a nursery rather than with their parents. Because of this they learned to be affectionate and free with their touching. They were all too happy to display their emotions through touch rather than words, because it was easier. No one could really mistake words, though they could mistake actions. Nevertheless it was still easier, and they learned quickly that actions spoke more than words, and that if one expected to be believed, they had to express their emotions through use of actions.
As soon as they were old enough to take care of themselves relatively, their parents came and picked them up. It wasn’t so much as they knew them as they were told that they were their parents, and that they had come to take them home. At first, and for a long time they resisted, for they had never once in their lives remembered seeing either parent, nor hearing of them. To them, parents had just been an elusive thought, a memory really that neither thought would occur. So when they finally succumbed to that belief, they decided to just go with it. And really it wasn’t that hard, except that their parents had strict regimes they were to follow.
Affection within the household was forbidden, and forget about admitting to them that they were gay. Elijah had known that his twin was gay for some time, as he had discovered that early on, and so he helped his brother hide that fact from them, knowing that if they found out, they would disown him and throw him out of the house. They swiftly learned how to teach themselves, as their parents didn’t believe in helping them with schoolwork, nor did they believe in interaction of any kind. If they wanted to meet with their parents, the twins had to make a set time to do so, and had to prepare a speech for whatever they wanted/needed.
It took until they were sixteen to build up the courage to do what they’d been wishing to do for so long. They approached their parents so that they could transfer to Cry Wolf High. At first their parents refused, said they had no clue how to live in that type of environment, but they persisted, learned how to shift their forms, and learned the English language as best they could so they could be better equipped, and finally their parents consented, and they found themselves embarking on a new journey.
