The year is 2086. Liberty City holds America's largest Super population. Supers are a subspecies of human, a genetic mutation, that have unnatural powers and abilities. The powers each Super has varies between them. There is no limit to the range of their abilities: wielding fire, entering the minds of others, inhuman-like strength or speed, etc. Supers can then be split into 2 sub groups based on their actions: Heroes and Villains. Heroes are Supers who uphold and abide by the law, often helping the police take down criminals. Villains are Supers who disregard the laws and structure, be it for personal pleasure, wanton chaos, or greed.
Liberty City is now a government test to see if Supers can truly live with humans in harmony. The City is now run by Chancellor Collins, who took over after the tyrannical Chancellor Belladar was removed by a group called The Resistance. Collins has proved more caring towards Supers than Belladar, but it is still early in his term, and not much is known about him.
One of the first things Collins did was open up a boarding school outside Liberty City. Forgotten Elms Academy is a place for Supers ages 12-18 to learn how to use and control their powers, for the good of both themselves and those around them.
Both Liberty City and Forgotten Elms Academy are 2 distinct role-plays, meaning you can join both upon signing up, and have a Hero or Villain and a Student. In addition, the Professors of Forgotten Elms Academy are created and controlled by the members. Giving you additional ways to roleplay, while helping keep the site active.
