This day was absolutely beautiful. Other days were just plain and usual, but this day seemed different. Holly found herself in the Main Stables on school grounds today. She wasn't sure why. She was fascinated with the aspects of a horse. They were beautifully powerful creatures. Holly admired them in a way, for the way they held themselves. Like they didn't have a care in the world.
She was walking along, her finger tips trailing along each door to each stall as she peered in at the majestic creatures. One however caught her attention more than the others. This one was tall and lean. With legs as lengthy and elegant as hers. Holly believed horse folk called this one a Buck Skin. The Mare peered at her with giant almond shaped brown eyes, her long dark forelock falling into her eyes just enough to make her look innocent. Holly smiled at her, putting both her hands on the door to the stall. She tilted her head and lay it down on her arm on top of the stall door. She slowly lifted her tiny hand to the mare, being cautious cause she didn't want to spook her.
Holly was surprised next at what happened. The Mare lifted her giant head so that she could touch her satin soft nose to the palm of Holly's hand and she blew out a gust of hot air through her nostrils and it tickled her hand. She giggled lightly and the Mare bobbed her head up and down and snorted. She absolutely adored this one. These were the types of moments that made Holly's days brighter.

The tall werewolf jerked open the saddlebags and fished around in them before finding the small black case inside he was looking for with a smile he slid it into his back pocket and closed the saddle bag. As he walked back out, he noticed a girl looking over a buckskin. It only took the twenty year old one sniff of the air to discover she was a werewolf also. A small smile crossed his face. Nobody could know what was in the box in his pocket. His intentions were to slip out without her noticing until Rowan's stupid horse intervened. Throwing his head over the stall door and whacking Brodie in the back hard, Nesto made his presence known with a sharp whinny. THe big Andalusian gelding wasn't one to be ignored and began kicking the stall door. "Really Nesto?" He snarked before petting the big horse's head.
Brodie winced knowing now that there was no way that he'd slip out without being noticed. "Well, you're horse seems much better behaved than my sister's...I suppose that's one good thing for this school." Slowly the boy walked over. His t-shirt and jeans were new but the boots on his feet were scuffed speaking of work. "I'm Brodie...You are?" The young man kind of half hoped she knew his sister, but he doubted he'd get that lucky right off. Now he needed to get into Rowan's bedroom and get the time sensitive stuff shipped back to New York. Like it or not, his little sister was going home.

Holly had been trapped in this bliss she hardly noticed the boy until his horse mad a ruckus by kicking the stall door. She turned liquid chocolate eyes on him and took him in. He didn't seem threatening so she let herself relax. She inhaled his scent, werewolf. He complemented her horse and Holly smiled.
"Oh no this one? She's not mine. I wish she was. I just don't think I could ever get up the guts enough to get on such a big animal." Holly admitted with a small smile as she looked back at the calm mare. He introduced himself. Brodie. A nice name. Holly extended a tiny hand and smiled up at the taller werewolf.
"Holly." She said in a small voice. She had a way of being overly polite to people. She just thought it was better for her reputation to be nice. His stance though made her brow furrow. He looked as if he didn't want to stick around, that he was only here, introducing himself, because he had gotten caught. "It's nice to meet you Brodie." Holly gave him a curt nod before she turned back to her mare, resting the palm of her hand on her nose.

If Nesto hadn't been Rowan's most prized possesion, Brodie could have killed him for giving away his presence in the barn. Previous to his outburst the werewolf could have slid out undetected with how the girl had been staring at the buckskin mare. Knowing that he'd come into the presence of another werewolf, Brodie wasn't in a hurry to leave as he had been. Besides it was better that no one think anything was up. Technically he wasn't supposed to be on student grounds since he wasn't a student but he'd come to get some of the most necesarry things from Rowan's stuff. The things he knew had Caruso markings or data on it. Once he'd cleared the sensittive things he'd start packing up all of Rowan's things and get her out of here. This school was supposed to have been safe but in reality it'd turned out too dangerous for his sister.
Sliding closer to the door, Brodie nodded then chuckled a bit. "She's not so big, besides she's probably a big puppy dog type. Not like my sister's horse. Nesto's...well he's always been a fireball of pent up energy just like Row. All go go go and never take into account you might have different ideas. Brodie extended his hand toward her to take hers and shook it gently. "Pleasure to meet you, miss Holly." Then Brodie decided to take a shot in the dark perhaps Holly knew his sister. "You wouldn't happen to know a Rowan Townshend would you?" If not, he'd slide on out but maybe she'd know where Rowan's room was located.

Holly agreed with Brodie. The Buckskin reminded her of a big baby. She looked at her with gentle eyes and she smiled. "Yeah. Do you know if I can buy one of these horses? If not that is OK." She said gently and smiled over at him. He had been gentle when he shook her tiny hand. He seemed genuinely kind now and that made Holly ease up a little more.
He spoke of Rowan Townshend then and Holly smiled. Ah, Rowan. Holly didn't personally know the girl that much but she had heard a lot about her personality. She had maybe had one or two classes with her and she admired her quite a bit. She had been through a lot recently yet she still held herself pretty strong. "Oh yeah. We do not speak much however I have had a few classes with her. Tall and Brooding type right?" She asked playfully and laughed light heartedly, hoping not to offend the older guy. "Do you need help finding her?" Holly asked politely. She would be more than happy to show him where she was at, she was that helpful of a person.

As the girl asked a question, Brodie shook his head slowly with some hesitation. "I have not the slightest idea. I didn't go to school here, just my sister Row does. Sorry, Holly, but I can ask her about it when I see her."
Brodie's dark eyes looked up to the sky as the girl said she knew Rowan. Thank God, he hadn't realized until he got here how much he didn't know about what was going on in Rowan's life prior to the attack and kidnapping. His mocha colored eyes lit up as she called Rowan tall and brooding. "I guess she's a bit over average in height, and definitely brooding." He smiled at her so glad now that he'd bumped into her. He bit his lip for a moment as she asked if he needed help finding her. "Do you happen to know where her dorm room is instead? I kinda want to surprise her when she gets back to her room today. She didn't know I was coming to town. If you don't mind, I'd hate to drag you away from something important."
