Okay, so I was suppose to be posting this message a while ago, but I'm doing it now. I am so so so so sorry for not being around lately. Some serious stuff has been going on at home.
First, my little sister's best friend, Sierra, is having a family crisis. She's only got her grandfather left, and he's slowly dying, so my family has been hard at work trying to get papers signed for us to take over guardianship (per her and her grandfather's request) once he passes away. Lately his slowly dying has started to happen faster, and out of the last . . . 15 days, she's been at our house probably for 10 of them, because he's been in the hospital the majority of the time. I've been helping were I can, picking up Sierra, taking her to the hospital, helping my mom with getting things in order, finding her the papers she needs, and how they need to be typed up for us to get guardianship - et cetera.
Unfortunately this isn't the only thing going on:
I'm almost 21 (will be in July) and my dad feels that it's time that I leave the house. He actually gave me a month to be out on my own (with the only income I'm getting being 250 dollars a month from two part time jobs. So I've been crazily searching for a serious job, as well as a possible place to live. This past week I've managed to secure a job that will be giving well over a thousand dollars a month (thank goodness) and now that I have a job it gives my mother and I some extra room to breath so she can work her magic and get me a longer time frame to get moved out so I have a chance to save up and properly look for a place that will let me have my dogs, and cats.
On top of all of this, it's hectic trying to find time to be on the internet, but things should be cooling down soon. I have Orientation for my new job on Monday. We have papers drawn up for Guardianship, and so now it's just letting my life smooth itself back out and then hopefully I shall be able to be on more frequently. So just bare with me for a few more weeks (maybe a month) and I'll make sure that once everything's in order, I'll spoil this site with attention <3
