Character Name (Birth): Anastazja Omorose Hakki
Nickname:Anya
Character Name (Adoptive): Holland Louise Eggleston
Nickname: Holland
Age: 21 years
Gender: Female
Grade: Townie
Race: Phoenix
Play-by: Gal Gadot
Appearance:
Human: Piercing gold orbs, like that of an avian, gaze from underneath dark haired brows and transform into violet daggers when triggered by emotion. Naturally blushed cheek bones and a well defined jawline make up her facial structure, surrounding a nose that fits perfectly on top of a full pair of lips. Thick locks colored with a dark brunette shade, fall in loose waves and set right beneath her under developed breasts. Aside from her less than desirable chest, her silhouette is curvy and chiseled with a lean muscular build; revealing a quite feminine physic. Only flawed with burn scars beneath each shoulder blade and tail bone, her skin is naturally kissed by the sun, slightly bronzed and foreign; it covers a fine postured body that stands 5'6" in height.
Her unusual brightly colored eyes would normally be the first physical trait people would gawk at, but since she humbly carries herself with her head down, hardly ever making eye contact with others, it is her exotic looking portrait, revealing her Egyptian lineage, that catches the gaze of others.
Phoenix: Standing about six foot tall and covered in pearl white feathers, her features resemble that of a hawk. Big purple orbs pierce over a greatly curved beak that is medium in size and black in color with a point that is meant to tear into flesh. Her facial features also take favor of a hawk-like appearance, not being too hard like of an eagle and not being too soft/feminine to that of a peacock.
Engulfed in different shades of blue flames, her feather structure is not easily noticed. Long, thin hair-like feathers line her head tightly, from the base of her beak and broaden out just slightly as they run down the back of her neck and end laying right above where her wings are set. Two long stemmed crest feathers peak out about six inches longer than the others hold a smaller feather on their tips.
Having three sets of tail feathers, the smallest set closest to her body followed by a slightly bigger set on top of those and a three times larger set on top of that. Her tail also containing three flexible long stemmed leaf shaped feathers at the tips trailing behind the normal tail feathers about two feet.
Having a wing span of about fourteen feet from tip to tip, her wing structure is to that of an owl including the velvety down feathers that absorb sound frequencies and having serrated "comb-like" feathers that help to stabilize her during flight.
Her talons are medium in size and also black in color. They are also covered in the velvety down feathers and aid in her quiet flying technique. A golden band can be seen around her left leg. MORE TO COME

Healing
Anya has the slight power to heal through her tears. A Phoenix is hunted for their tears, by those who know that the Phoenix race is real, because they think that if they drink the tears it will give them immortality. Little do they know, the tears will only heal them if they are hurt, and give them a high affect if they are not hurt. Only in Phoenix form, is she able to remove pain and symptoms and heal minor wounds/illnesses with her tears. There is a catch. A phoenix can only live for 500 years. Anytime healing is practiced by a phoenix, it's life span decreases by a year and it causes the one practicing to become weak. Immortality was never successfully discovered by anyone who tried to achieve such a thing from a phoenix, because the beast being experimented on always died before hand, whether it be from being tortured for their tears or running out of their 500 life years, due to stolen tears/healings.
Fire Manipulation
In her human form, she is able to manipulate an already burning flame to grow, spread, heat, shape etc.
In her Phoenix form she is able to manipulate her own bodily fire as well as an already burning flame.
Avian Communication
She is able to communicate and understand all avian species.
Personality:
Lone Wolf
Bullied as a kid and raised in a non social environment, Holland is usually seen alone, surrounded by animals or not seen at all. Due to being homeschooled, learning that she has to keep her true identity a secret and then working for her father's one man furniture shop, Holland lives an isolated life. Although she is often alone, she is rarely ever lonely. After growing up not being allowed to play and be around people, and being taught that she can't trust others, she has a hard time trusting anyone, because that is how she was raised and that is all she knows. Holland stays on the sidelines and travels with her head down, hardly ever being noticed, but at the same time is always aware of her surroundings. She is a people watcher. She dreams of being a normal person and having a fun and exciting adventure of a life. The people that she watches, she enviously imagines herself in their place, actually living. Like a lone wolf stalking it's prey, she remains an invisible spectator of life.
Apathetic
This personality is one that Anya has constantly wear at all times. Apathy does not come naturally for Anya. She was trained to hide her emotions in order to protect her true form. The thoughts that she keeps to herself and the feelings that she buries away, eat at her every single day, building up a nuclear explosion on the inside. From how she was brought up to keep her thoughts to herself and bite her tongue to learning that half of her life was a lie along with everyone in it is leading her to self combust.
Imaginative
Easily taking her mind to another place, other than her body, Holland not only is imaginative when it comes to seeing herself living someone else's life, but she is creative in entertaining herself, and also with her craftsmanship in her work. Her trainer is always telling her to get her head out of the clouds, because she has her own duties to think about, while her mother is praising her for her inventive pieces of furniture/décor. This personality is good for Holland in her happiness and also in her work, while being dangerous at the same time. Dangerous because she could be caught off guard if her head is anywhere besides aware of her surroundings.
Socially Awkward
Holland isn't good at talking to people. Animals, yes. People, no. She hasn't had much practice at socializing. She will never be the first to speak up and when she does talk to someone, there is normally a noticeable pause before she answers. This is because she makes sure to think about what she says before she says it due to both training and not knowing how to comfortably have conversation with someone. Also, while she is conversing, her head is always down and her eyes are never on the person that she is talking to; at least not on their eyes. One could usually find her standing alone in a dark corner people watching like a creep.
Respectful
Holland truly treats others better than she treats herself. She is respectful of everyone around her, animals included. She minds their needs and their feelings and tries to please everyone. Her phoenix nature makes her this way naturally, but she was also raised in a household that taught her to respect her elders, respect nature, and to respect the rules.
Who truly knows who they are at the age of 21? Especially when half of your life was a lie and you've been living a life you were told to live by others and not yourself.
As Holland begins to get to know her true self as Anastazja the phoenix princess, things are bound to change.
History:
Death After Life
Anastazja Omorose Hakki is a name that died with the newborn princess that was birthed by a royal blood lineage of the rare Phoenix race. Anya's birth parents, both a phoenix with royal blood, originated in and around Egypt. The internet has that part about the "mythical phoenix" somewhat documented correctly. Being a rare and almost legendary race, the phoenix is not a race that is seen; to many, the race is either extinct or just as the internet says, mythical. The phoenix is believed to hold the key to immortality. They are believed to come back to life after death, over and over again, merely existing forever. This misguided belief is the reason that the Phoenix is hunted down by others, both supernatural and earthly, who choose to go on a "ghost hunt" for immortality. Feared and controlled by the thought of the Phoenix race growing closer to that of becoming completely extinguished, the royal avian couple sent their infant across the world to remain a secret that would hopefully preserve the race of the fiery beast. No more is yet known of the royal phoenix family.
Life After Death
Holland Louise was orphaned as an infant, no older than eight months in age. She was housed in a small orphanage located in England and surrounded by fair skinned children of all ages under the age of sixteen. As she grew, Holland was considered the oddball of the group, because she was the only one with dark skin and she was often teased because of her "creepy" gold glowing eyes and also because growing up, Holland was scrawny and thin. Some of the other children would burden her with the nicknames of "Satan's spawn", "runt" or "pipsqueak". When Holland turned seven years old, she was already convinced that she would live out her childhood in the orphanage until kicked out at sixteen. To her surprise, a middle-aged English couple adopted Holland and appeared to know that they wanted her, before they even set eyes on her.
New Family, New Name, New Life
Mr. and Mrs. Eggleston adopted Holland Louise and moved her to New Orleans, Louisiana and raised her as their own on a fairly large pepper plantation surrounded by moss covered forests and swamps on the outskirts of the lively city. The house was fairly large and looked like a typical plantation home, white with large pillars. The plantation itself, was no longer in operation, but was home to a few manageable pepper crops, many different areas of gardened landscape, a barn with a horse, two dairy cows and a flock of farm birds. Also, there on the plantation, beside the barn, was a workshop that housed materials and tools for crafting and woodworking. The only beings that resided on the farm included Holland's adopted parents, a house maid and two men that helped with the work around the farm.
Holland grew up homeschooled with no real religion or belief in a higher power of any sorts. Her only companions were that of the farm animals; she was more particularly fond of the feathered ones. Holland was not allowed to involve herself with other kids or influences, because her parents claimed it was unsafe to trust the intentions of others. Instead, Holland was raised to keep her head down and her mouth shut. She was taught to ride equestrian, garden and craft things for her father's furniture shop, all of which she did enjoy. Many times, Holland could be found working around the farm surrounded by the farm birds. She would sing and often times, converse with them.
Maturity
Holland grew to be a teenager and at the age of thirteen, began to develop her feminine features, like that of any other young female. She began to fill out in everyplace besides her chest, which was slightly less than desirable. Along with the change of her physical form, came a change in her thoughts about everything she thought she ever knew. Holland would have realistic dreams, almost vision-like. At least four times a week, Holland would come down with a fever and her skin would be hot to the touch. Along with teenagers, comes the teenage drama and emotional outbursts. Holland Louise did not only have emotional outbursts, but her gold eyes would form a violet ring around the iris and if it was really bad, the gold would turn completely violet. Any normal parents would freak out if their child was having teenage "hot flashes" and changing eye colors, but the Eggleston's behaved as if they knew exactly what was going on. Appearing to be surprised by what was happening with their daughter, the couple also seemed expectant on some sort of event or change to come at this time of Holland's life.
Throughout the year, the dreams/visions and fevers continued, and her golden orbs never failed to show purple during an emotional test. At the age of fourteen, Holland found out that she was more than she thought she was. One day when Holland was working in the garden and having conversation with her feathered friends about one of her most recent dreams, a single wolf attacked and slaughtered every single one of her companions right there in front of her. Seeing as Holland was raised with only these farm animals as true friends, you would not be surprise to see that she stood in shock as the wolf started to advance on her. When Holland finally retaliated and cowered against the old willow in a corner of the garden, all she could feel was a surge of emotions; fear, pain, anger and confusion. Just as she thought her life, very short lived and pointless, was about to be finished by a single murderous wolf clamping down on her throat, her world was set a blaze!
Holland's body temperature had reached at least 100 degrees hotter than normal. Her vision revealed a world that was set on fire and her hands were gone. The body that was no longer a young girl's body was suddenly up in the sky surrounded by a blue blazing fire. Holland was a burning avian of some sort and she was flying. As soon as her body went up in flames, the wolf retreated back into to forest. Confused, terrified and no longer in control, Holland crashed down into a stone bench there in the garden, and her world turned black.
Reborn
Four days after the incident, Holland woke up in her bedroom with her mother by her bed side and her father in her opened doorway; both revealing an expression of pain and concern on their faces. Her father then told her that it was time she knew the truth. Her parents went on telling her that one of the farm helps found her naked and full of ashes and smoke, unconsciously lying in the garden with burns linear burns on each side of her shoulder blades and her tail bone. They tended to her wounds and cleaned her up, waiting for her to wake up four days later. Holland learned that she was a Phoenix. Her mother explained that she was a very rare creature that is hunted down due to a misguided belief that the phoenix holds the key to immortality. More to her surprise, her parents revealed that there are other realms and that she was hidden in the natural realm to protect her lineage that they did not know much of themselves.
The Eggleston's continued to share more about what they knew to Holland, including that they knew this day would come when her human form started to reach maturity, that she would be able to control her emotions and transformation into a fiery beast better, after she finished her training and they would help her remain a secret. A secret who's name was not Holland Louise Eggleston, but who's name was Princess Anastazja Omorose Hakki.
Secrets Revealed
After receiving all of the life changing news, the next few weeks were a continuation of secrets unraveled. Her adoptive parents were hired by her blood parents via letter by eagle. Along with the letter came a gold shackle/band with her name engraved on it above a foreign lettering that was unknown. The letter contained instructions on how to bring up, what to expect, how to train and when to tell the young phoenix along with money. Holland also found out that she was not the only one who wasn't what she thought she was; but that her adoptive parents are were shape shifters that stopped practicing and chose to remain in their human forms to help hide my true identity. The farm hands were actually werewolves hired by my birth parents to protect the phoenix and the maid was the only true human in the house that was compelled to work for my parents and keep Anya a secret. Even after all that was revealed, all that the Eggleston's could tell Holland was that she was somehow important, in danger and a phoenix that was orphaned as an infant in order to protect not only herself, but her dying lineage that she knew not of. Anastazja had to remain a secret. She had to remain invisible.

Holland's human education continued and she started her training on concealing her emotions, how to stay unnoticed and stay to herself, which she was quite good at, and informed her about her gifts of healing, fire manipulation and understanding the avian species. Once she graduated from human education at eighteen years old, Holland began to work for her father, building furniture and decoration for his shop. Most of her work is done in the plantation shop, but every now and then she will deliver a piece of work to the her father's store or work on a small project there.
