The moment Asuna had heard the news about Cry Wolf High, she knew that it was her destiny. She knew that she could go there for her final two years of high school, and return home having not just survived, but to have excelled. She was going to live in a dorm, feed herself, co-exist with species who could easily eat her if they wanted to, and return home with straight A's, and maybe some stories of defense or leadership of courage... But in order to do that, she'd have to keep a level head and not get too involved or personal with anyone. Of course she would get along with her room mate, classmates; she could see herself getting involved in a study group, or a club, or something of the sort. But friends? She wasn't planning on having any. Boyfriends? Absolutely not. If the boys there were going to be anything like the boys from home, she'd be getting swarmed. Getting involved in a romantic experience, however, was the last thing she was going to consider.
Though the girl's mind was wandering, her eyebrows ruffled a little as she heard whispering, faint sounds of "she's cute" and the like. Slowly, her eyelashes parted again, and she glared from the corner of her eye. Immediately a small group of boys, who looked a bit older than herself, went mute. Her eyes didn't linger on them any longer, and instead, still narrowed, they shifted to the window once more. She propped her chin up on her palm, her opposite pulling some of her hair away from her face. Off in the distance, her eyes locked onto the shape of a building. The school... she thought, her eyebrows raising for a moment before they creased inward again, and determination sparked like fire in her bright eyes. It wasn't until then that an ominous feeling hit her in the stomach. She gulped quietly, finding her throat was suddenly dry. Regardless of her blossoming fear, her determined expression stayed steady on her childish face. Fear wasn't going to stop her now; she was ready to make a name for herself.[/blockquote]

Appearance:
Asuna is an ivory-skinned, petite girl. However, that just comes along with her Japanese heritage. She's of average height, standing at 168cm (or 5'6", roughly), and with a weight of one hundred and twenty-one pounds. Some of this weight comes from muscle; when skin is exposed (as rare as it is), the faint toning of her muscles can be seen in her legs, arms, and stomach. The rest of the blame for her weight is to be placed on her being somewhat well-endowed; technically speaking, she's probably in a "c" or "d" range, though she tends to dress to avoid attention. While her hair is black by nature, she is prone to bleaching and dying it, typically keeping it in a golden-brown tone. Her hair is just a little past her hips, and her eyes are a bright shade of amber. Regardless of her slightly bigger bust size, however, the rest her her is pretty slimly built. Asuna is a girl who certainly looks her age overall, but it's been said that she has an innocently childish face. Regardless of that, however, she by default wears a number of bitter and tough expressions, making her almost seem hard to approach.Personality:
Asuna has a no-nonsense sort of personality. Even on weekends, she sees no need for sleeping in or taking naps; rather, she prefers to spend all of her time being productive as possible. That being said, she's almost unable of having fun or relaxing without being talked into it, though she isn't too easily persuaded. She secretly does like video games, however, and can get easily hooked if ever "forced" to play one. She's typically too concerned on doing her best, and one of her goals during the school year will simply be to survive and strive. While she excels in school work due to her determination, it's also to be noted that she an excellent self-taught cook, and enjoys cooking. She's also frighteningly good with a sword; she has participated in fencing, and was nicknamed "The Flash" because of how quickly she could move, and how quickly she could move her rapier. It takes a lot to scare Asuna, though the best way to terrify her is to put someone she loves in danger. She's much more protective of other than she is of herself. Though she is a loving person deep down, the way she displays her compassion is odd. She gets easily embarrassed, and upon getting embarrassed, will often punch or try to stab people with whatever she can get her hands on, like kitchen utensils, though has never actually severely harmed anyone by doing this. She can also be manipulative, using violent threads to force people into doing things. This is usually done with good intentions, and for thing that will benefit her victim. Lastly, it's to be noted that she's completely oblivious love, and tends to be rather hard to get because of this, and because of how her easy embarrassment. She's insecure about her true timidness, and hates authority; rather, she'd prefer to be in a leadership position.History:
Asuna was born to a somewhat wealthy family; her mother, Arisa, was simple a housewife. Her father, however, Shouzou Yuuki, is the CEO of a successful electric company, which brings them in a lot of money. Therefore, Asuna grew up in a very privileged lifestyle; a big house, all she could ever ask for... And still, with her parents' nurturing, she turned into someone who was thankful for her privileges rather than someone who became someone too obsessed with material items. It was her father's encouragement to grow up and be successful that sparked her hard-working and determined personality and the will to defend herself, which led to her starting fencing at the age of seven. It wasn't long after that, however, when her mother got sick and passed away. Her father, who never remarried and raised his daughter alone, became a bit of a protective worry-wort. As much as Asuna loved her father, the sudden change, the sudden over-protectiveness only made her more determined to prove herself. She dived even more into her studies, into her fencing, into anything that would make her seem all the more independent and capable. She rejected every boy that asked her out through school, and there were many. There was no time for love when she was trying to do her best at everything, which would eventually lead to her being awkward and naive about love. But at the time, love was the last thing on her mind. When Asuna heard the news that Cry Wolf High would be accepting human students for the first time, she immediately begged to go. Her father was reluctant to agree, but Asuna knew that truly living on her own and competing with students of other species would be the perfect way to prove herself to her father.Name: Imari

He's wrong. He's so wrong about me. That was on that could linger on her mind. I'll definitely... definitely...! Asuna stopped herself; her eyes, which had been tightly closed, opened and looked out the window of the bus she was on; their brilliant amber color nearly glowed as the sunlight hit them. Relax. Breathe. She slowly closed her eyes again, more calmly this time; her long, dark eyelashes brushed lightly against her pale skin. Tension and stress will get you nowhere. Ever since Asuna's mother had died, all she could do was strive to prove how strong she was. Anything she could think of doing, she did. But nothing up until now had seemed good enough; nothing seemed to persuade her ever-worrying father. He was probably frantic now, thinking about his daughter travelling alone to a school far away, where a vampire could easily restrain her and suck her blood away.
