[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] ---Tiffany Alyssa Lang--- | i'll keep you my---For most students, early mornings on a Saturday were meant to be spent sleeping, preferably past noon. Tiff wasn't most students though. She liked to make the most of every day and her routine had been set in stone back when she was still in middle school. Every morning she would run, get her adrenaline pumping and her endorphins up. It made her feel good, energized, like she could take on the day and own it. There was just something about the way her heart beat harder and her breath came faster that completely enthralled her, and working up a sweat that filthy actually made sex feel clean. The whole process was... cleansing. Having run a couple warmup laps, the young witch settled herself just off to the side of the track where she'd dropped her stuff. Jumping jacks, windmills, leg lifts, and push-ups got her heart beat up as she took half an hour for some calisthenics. That was followed by a round of stretching as she worked her limber muscles, preparing them for the hard workout that was to come. Though track wasn't until spring and she had swim and cheerleading to keep her busy, Tiff strongly believed that running kept her core body in shape for all of her other sport activities. She counted to fifteen, dropping her leg from the quad stretch and generally feeling pretty good about herself. One last quick stretch of her back and she stepped back on the track. Her body felt great, her mood was up, and with some kick ass music playing from her headphones she was more than ready for the sprint conditioning she'd designed for herself today. Tiff was ready. She could do this. Taking her mark on the line, she gave herself a "sit, set, go" command and took off, tearing down the hundred meter stretch at full speed. Repeating twice more, she stopped for a quick water break before getting set on the line again. This was definitely going to be a good work out. ---dirty lil secret | tags: fey | words: 337 | outfit: [a href="[click!]"][click!] |

I NEED SOMEONE HERE TONIGHT! A yawn slipped from between the shifter's lips as she walked through the track, pulling her hair up, dressed in clothes for the day. Normal to her daily work out, she'd done her warm ups and runs much earlier, the majority of it while still in the shape of a little white fox. Only now was she feeling the effects of getting up and doing it all at 3 am when she realized sleeping was not going to happen for her. She walked along quietly, running a tender hand through her long black pony tail, flipping it over her shoulder, and stretching out, her arms over her head, biting back another yawn. Heading now to the locker rooms, she was planning on changing into a pair of shorts and t-shirt and practice the routine she was working on for cheerleading, when she spotted a younger blonde warming up.
Curiously the black haired fox approached the younger witch, a hand on her hip, a grin on her lips, "Rough having to be up this early, huh?" She started conversationally with a friendly smile, "You're . . . Tiffany, correct? One of the new girls on the squad this year? I don't think I've introduced myself personally. I'm Divum Ravenna, but you can call me Fey. I'm the choreographer for the squad." She introduced, before adding, "I'm about to go change and get my cd-player from my locker to work on the new routine, would you like to help. I could use someone to talk to to keep from falling asleep. I didn't sleep to well - None of my roommates have gotten to school yet, and I'm not the best at falling asleep in quiet dorm rooms. So what do you say, you wanna help me figure out the new routine?" 300, clothes, tiff not my best, sorry T.T kept getting distracted. ---------------- CREDIT |

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] ---Tiffany Alyssa Lang--- | i'll keep you my---She had just settled into the set position, thumb and index finger on the line and ass in the air. Five more seconds and she would have been off down the 100 meter stretch again. Tiff didn't get the chance to call go though. Instead a voice caught her attention and she looked over as a familiar face started approaching. Almost immediately she eased down before standing up completely, watching the slightly older girl with curious eyes. For some reason she just couldn't seem to place the face. "Like Ben Franklin used to say, 'Early to bed, early to rise keeps a girl healthy, wealthy and wise.'" A smile crossed her lips, never one to pass up the opportunity for quoting a literary master. "Not that anyone goes to bed early anymore. That's why they invented coffee." She laughed at her own joke, the sound short and amused without overbearing. Sometimes laughter worked just as well as coffee when it came to staying awake and Tiffany liked to start her mornings off happy. A good morning usually lead to a better day. Nodding at her name, she crossed and arm over her chest to stretch out her shoulder, realization lighting in her eyes as she realized why this girl seemed familiar. "Fey, right! I was wondering why you looked familiar. I'm looking forward to practice starting up. And not cheering for a losing team, for once." Please please please say their football team was decent! Her last school had been downright awful when it came to sports. After a while, constantly cheering for a team that had no hope became pretty demotivational. What she wasn't expecting was an invitation to help choreograph. After all, she was the new girl. They didn't really know what her skill set was and she'd been under the impression that she'd have to fight tooth and nail to prove herself. As a freshman she'd been stuck on the JV team by default and, naturally, she'd assumed things here wouldn't be much different. Maybe she was wrong? "I'd love to!" Okay, that was a little too enthusiastic. Reign it in, Tiff. A little sheepish, she switched to stretching her other arm and tried again. "I mean that'd be great. Sounds fun." Little better. ---dirty lil secret | tags: fey | words: 374 | outfit: [a href="[click!]"][click!] |

I NEED SOMEONE HERE TONIGHT! Fey watched as the girl stood at her approach, obviously curious about her approach, though Fey didn't let it bother her, a friendly smile on her face, black hair dancing with each step she took. The fox grinned at the witch's response. Early to bed, early to rise; keeps a girl healthy, wealthy, and wise. What the hell, "Well the wealthy part sounds nice," The fox joked with a grin, before nodding in agreement about the coffee, "I know exactly what you mean. I'm sure Starbucks would go into bankruptcy if I stopped getting coffee in the morning," She laughed.
Fey watched as the girl stretched, before her name was repeated, and she laughed slightly at the exclamation of that being why she was familiar. She nodded, with a grin, "Our team's pretty decent. They walk onto the field and win by default when human teams freak out and run away." She joked, before smiling, "I'm pretty psyched about practice too though. Cheering is . . . like my life!" SHe stated with a laugh, brushing her hair back before inviting the girl to help out with the choreography needed for the new routine.
Fey laughed at the shock and just shrugged, "I like second opinions." She stated with a smile, before laughing when the girl enthusiastically replied I'd love to, before rephrasing it as 'I mean that'd be great. Fey grinned, rolling her eyes playfully, "Awesome. I'll go change out and meet you back her in about five - unless it takes longer to hunt down a cd player." She declared, with a grin, heading to the locker rooms, "Be right back."
It did take her longer, closer to 8 minutes to return, a cd player in hand, her shorts short and shirt allowing enough movement to be comfortable and not confining. "Alright, you have to hear the piece I put together for the routine," She declared turning on the music and letting a mash up of a lot of the hit songs play through the speakers, the beat lively and easy to dance too. |
